If you are allergic to Mold
Author:
Dr. Elzie F. Hart
Avoid exposure to areas of high mold growth, such as basements, compost piles, fallen leaves, cut grass, barns, and wooded areas.
Eliminate sources of moisture in your home. Use exhaust fans in the bathroom after a shower, and above the stove when boiling water.
Keep household plants to a minimum.
Avoid cutting the grass and raking the leaves.
